Euro Chlor announced at its 2025 General Assembly on 10-11 September 2025 in Brussels, Belgium, that Richy Mariner, Euro Chlor’s Science & Regulatory Affairs Director, had succeeded Marleen Pauwels as Euro Chlor Sector Group Manager as of 1 September 2025.
Richy joined Euro Chlor in 2015 where he has coordinated Euro Chlor’s biocides work and more recently been running the advocacy and regulatory affairs work. He has also been managing the Cefic Sector Groups for chlorinated alkanes, sodium chlorate, chloroformates and potassium and provided scientific communications support for various Euro Chlor outreach initiatives.
