Approved process valves
The approved valves listed below have been approved by Euro Chlor and its members based on their compliance with the Euro Chlor recommendation GEST 17/492 and the demonstrated good field experience and practice with them. The certificate is valid for a period of 5 years.
Any comments or suggestions to adapt GEST 17/492 can be sent to eurochlor[at]cefic.be for consideration by the Euro Chlor Equipment Working Group.
After 5 years the supplier must perform a re-assessment of the files to prove that the valve is still fulfilling all requirements. Of course, the list of approved valves is not exhaustive as there may be other suppliers proposing adequate and safe material, but they have not yet applied to get Euro Chlor’s approval.

Euro Chlor keeps the right to cancel the approval certificate in case of infringement of the prescription of the GEST 17/492.
