FEBRUARY 2025 CHLORINE PRODUCTION

The February 2025 European chlorine production reached 683,170 tonnes. With 24,399 tonnes, the February 2025 average daily production was 4.5% higher than in the previous month (January 2025: 23,357 tonnes) and 0.3% higher than in February 2024 (24,331 tonnes).
With 254,771 tonnes, the February 2025 caustic soda stocks were 4.1% higher than in the previous month (January 2025: 244,749 tonnes) and 2,216 tonnes below the level of February 2024 (256,987 tonnes).
The following tables give the details of chlorine production and caustic soda stocks in the EU-27 countries plus Norway, Switzerland, and the UK in February 2025.
