The April 2025 European chlorine production stood at 608,411 tonnes. With 20,280 tonnes, the April 2025 average daily production was 4.1% lower than in the previous month (March 2025: 21,138 tonnes) and 8.7% lower than in April 2024 (22,205 tonnes). With 185,789 tonnes, the April 2025 caustic soda stocks were 10.7% lower than in the previous month (March 2025: 208,165 tonnes) and 36,362 tonnes below the level of April 2024 (222,151 tonnes).
